PLEASE READ THIS:
Remember when doing squats, not to bend your knees more than 90 degrees. From time to time I am still guilty of over flexing during one legged squats, which other people say can be bad for your knee joints.

In saying that I have still to see clinical proof that it is bad for your knees, as Olympic power lifters don't seem to have any problem's. And if it was bad for our knees, why would our body allow such a range of movement.

This clip is to teach and to give you beneficial ideas on body weight conditioning excersises, and for those Traceurs who practice Parkour should try them out.

Conditioning is an important part of Parkour, and helps to strengthen the body mentally and physically.

This can be easily done outside come day or night, hot or cold, rain or shine.

  • how old are you?

  • @crazegeckko I was 28 when I done this video, I am now 32

  • People damae their knees when they dont control the squat. The only thing is that you have to be conscious of that when you're doing plyometric squats, you have to be careful when you're landing jumps too but again, control is key. If you want proof, look at olympic weightlifters, they squat double their bodyweight all the way down without any problems - its about control and plenty of stretching. Some people just have bad knees though; people are different

  • I just recently got into Parkour I'm 16 skinny and very little muscle at all what be a good way to start conditioning?

  • How much reps should i do ? To the moment ill get tired? Help, please. :P

  • Do you think it's more important to condition your body for parkour first, or learn the basics, such as rolling/landing correctly, precision jumps, etc

  • May I ask will this be more efficient in weight training areas?

  • there's one exercise that uses almost all of these, rowing.

  • @comicbookhero1 I love that you mentioned Olympic Lifters, so many people try to argue with us that squatting like that is bad for you. My coach is 58, had two knee surgeries from wrestling and plyometric depth jumping, but never weightlifting. Weightlifting and squatting low is what got him back into the game, and he can still out-lift most of us, at any weight.

  • Are those round rails your balancing on!?

    How is that even possible!?

And I must say your videography and music selections on your videos are brilliant.

  • does dis improve ur running speed andjumping distance ??

  • @btherr01
