Yes, they liked him, but he took too much LSD, they couldn't use him anymore. then he got depressed and starting eating a lot. apparently he would eat a few steaks a day. anyways, he met the band many years later, and was fat and bald. really sad actually. he WAS kicked out. for doing too many drugs.
