As requested this is a tutorial on how to use the 3D layer Glitch and move objects in the background. Using the tools created by Bakscratch. Pause and read all instructions. And as a note Bolts and pistons do not work in the background. but plasma and lights do. thanks for watching and hope this helps everybody.

  • Does this work on lbp 2? Please answer because I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering this.

  • @MantageManiac YES it works in little big planet 2 also. thanks for asking.

  • @bcrichmark Alrite thanks. Sorry bout all the questions but I just have one more. Will the objects float in the background no matter what material or if there isn't a glitched floor underneath it will it just fall behind the original platform

  • @MantageManiac nope it wont float unless its made out of or has a part of a material that will let it float. when it falls it falls only as far as the orignal layers floor.

  • to put objects in the forground just reverse the prosess backlayer darkmater platform rethaer than front and the tool to emit start with them in the front thin layer first untill the last one that you need to pause and move to the back layer befoe it emits. just do the same thing i did in ithis video and revirse it for the forground. and yes you can do multy layered objects or at least the standered 3 layer i havent tryed for more. hope that helps

  • I don't get what you mean about "Without leaving the pop up menu press o then go back and pick a material" Please reply

  • @Randombutfunvideos It Means Dont close the popup menu just press o to go back to the material selection page of the popup menu just like you see in the video.
