I can't help but just see Barney Stinston,

@Jooma17 Uh actually, as a performer, I totally think it's acceptable to cheer during a song for this type of musical. It's Rent for god sakes, calm your tits. It's not a Sondheim show.

Is there any audio-visual footage of this show?

Normally I would be like why are you people yelling at a musical? That being said, I let out a few "Woos" when I saw this show. Wanna know why? It's a great show and it has the right atmosphere for it. I would never "woo" for a show like Book of Mormon, or Phantom of The Opera, it's just inappropriate. It's a way to give feedback to the cast. When I'm onstage I HATE quiet audiences. I would much rather have an audience like this then a quiet one. Though the "Go Neil" was too much.

Not to be a bitch, 'cause I agree to some extent that the "Go Neil" was a little gauche, but if we think about theatre from its conception and that audience catharsis and response was primary to the production...I mean, I think it's better to have a really rambunctious crowd than a passive one. As an actor, I'd rather have people shouting and cheering and clapping than barely responsive until curtain.
What idiot screams out "woohoo! Go Neil!" at a Broadway musical? Dumb shit, it's not a mosh pit.

Neil Patrick Harris is amazing. Mind you, I will always believe Anthony Rapp is the best Mark out there, but he's the original! If you will, he's the bar that's been set, and he's what we expect. He is the face of Mark. BUT, for being someone attempting to live in a role where these expectations are SO intense, I think NPH did an absolutely FABULOUS job. Anthony WAS Mark. He will always be the 'real' Mark in my brain. But of all those cast after him, NPH is by far my favorite. :)
