A traditional Irish song...yet, very obscure. This recording is off of an Ottilie Patterson cd, and I believe the name of the person singing is George Campbell...but I'm not positive :)
It is a very beautiful song.

  • I had the lp this song was on and unfortunately lost it. The title the album was called Ottilies Irish Night. As I remember it was indeed George Campbell singing this.

  • i think this is a track from a vinyl lp ive been looking for. if so ottilie recorded with george,his wife madge and tom cunningham. george and madge were friends of our family in the old days in belfast. they used to go to spain every winter

  • ive been looking for this recording for a long time as i once saw the vinyl in a record shop. ottilie george and georges wife madge and tom cunningham got together for it. george and madge were good friends of our family.
