A girlfriend of a gang member is found dead from a bullet behind a dumpster. With a minimal amount of evidence and a difficult judge, it becomes difficult for the District Attorney to convince the jury that the murderer was the victim's boyfriend.

@transitionalphase You are right, but you have to remember this is how our justice system works. He's innocent until proven other. Let's say he really is innocent. Once we all hear that he pulled a gun on the cops we're going to think right away He's guilty. His lawyer's saying that he pulled the gun out on cops because he was scared for other reasons (maybe he just robbed the local candy store etc.) which is where he says it's prejudice. Anyway, just adding my 2 pennies in is all.... ; )
