16 AUGUST 2009 - THOUSANDS OF UK BIKERS TOOK TO THE STREETS OF LONDON TO PROTEST AGAINST THE PROPOSED CHARGING OF PARKING FEES FOR BIKES. TODAY A SIGNED COURT SUMMONS WAS SERVED ON WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL.
