This was a disappointment. I uninstalled it and i'm reinstalling FCP 7.

I like how the comments from two months ago are all about people hoping it's easier to use...well, y'all got your wish! The functionality is so dumbed down that even your Grandma can use it - which is why the industry is running away screaming from Apple right now.

It's cheap because the program is cheap and terrible. No multi-clip editing!!I played around with it all day yesterday and it's like a step backwards AND it crashed 3 times while I did simple edits! I use an 8-Core Mac and work with programs like Boris Red, After Effects and Cinema 4D for crying out loud and those were never as buggy, because those programs cost thousands!!
Wait to get this until Apple fixes all the bugs and issues, this is iMovie Pro... not FCP

man! I'm not excited at all,
it's obvious they made finalcut PRO into a CONSUMER program.
I want my grey "ugly" program that enables me to do what I want...
...not tons of automatic crap.
