The Emmanuel Center for Children with Special needs was established in Iloilo City, Philippines in 1992 to answer the need for an information and intervention facility for children with special needs and their families. It provides professional, diagnostic, and networking services and conducts intervention programs for children with autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome and as well as for children with developmental delays. Its vision is to build a community of learning, growing, helping and fully living individuals bound by genuine, caring, and Christian love. Emmanuel aims to provide services to children with special needs and to help them "TO BE ALL THAT THEY CAN BE."
