I created this back with the original vid but didn't upload it but people seem to want to know the info so here it is. Not sure if you 'need' to create the empty midi part.. will confirm when I get my C5 installed again on my mac.

  • Will be doing a new Video on Beat Designer very soon.. have learnt more about this since.

  • You can also drag and drop from the beat designer - Click on the the patterns assigned key and drag to desired midi channel.

  • @Muzikdon - ah.. this is great nice.. i've been away from Cubase for a while but back on it.. good to hear this. Thanks for contributing.

  • Is there a way to make the drumloop longer than standard? I can only make it short like this.

  • @GX8RA Create your event, then bring the marker line to the end of the event. After that, set the right locator to that position, that should do the trick.
