What You'll Need
A barbell looms in your future. Are you as excited as we are?

Why You Should Be Doing This Exercise
We're a fan of exercises that mimic actually athletic positions. This is one of them. It will require core stability, along with a hearty appetite for a strong middle back. You've got both, and you're an athlete. It's go time!

Start
Your ten toes will be spread shoulder width apart, your knees will be bent, and your fingers underneath the bar that's parked right in front of you.

Middle
Your back will be parked at a 45 degree angle, and your butt will be sticking out, but just a bit. Don't get absurd with it. You want to pull the bar to that area between your chest and your stomach.

Finish
When you've pulled the bar up, and are ready to return it to the starting point (arms outstretched), make sure your back remains at that 45 degree angle. Fight the good fight. You stand to benefit.

Key Don'ts
Alright so here's a quick roll call of don'ts: Don't roll or bend your back, don't look at the ground as you're going through your rows, and don't do this exercise in a non-athletic position (i.e. keep you knees bent and your butt back throughout). But here's a quick do: do enjoy the fact that your back and core will better off after doing this exercise. Cool?
