  • Jim-good video, thanks for posting! I am just a little concerned about the novice driver/beginner trying to put all of this to work. Sometimes its best just to pound the pavement and put all of those little exercises to the back of your mind...

  • @mrdave777 I agree with you. There's nothing like actually getting out there and doing it. The main thing I wanted was for them to remember not to oversteer if they had a short trailer or if their tandems were forward. If you remember that before you start backing it will save some work.

  • @jimscee Thank you so much for the reply...its nice to hear from you! I wanted to get your opinion, although you may have covered this before!? I wanted to ask on behalf of the viewers of your videos...what is more difficult to back up in any situation, a 28' trailer or 53' trailer-THANKS!

  • @mrdave777 Well, if I had my choice I'd have a 28' to make deliveries only because you need less room if there's a lot of obstacles around, or if it's a small area. But like I said in the video, if you're used to a 53' and all of a sudden you have to back up a 28' it can be tricky. Makes you look like a beginner again:)

  • Hey Jim, good to see you making videos again. Hope you are doing well.

  • @mcrockett2001 Thanks Matt
