hey peeps check out this vid, it puts fanboys productions to high shame....

up the budget on the special effects. Smooth out the choreography and it would be 10 for 10 . so its 9 of 10 awesome stuff either way
-
@ncaauwe Yup, copyright claims.

@kevinsuechuelam Yo. We were indeed 19 at the time. 23 now. We're doin' stuff ;) Hopefully we'll find time to shoot the sequel to this one this summer.

@ArodWingfoot Yeah, this version was released with proper music, just not finished sound effects, although we later finished it up and rerelased it. I imagine the user who posted this got a copyright claim just like I did, since it used bits from Prisoner of Azkaban and Phantom Menace.

@theunholybudders Nope. We had him stand on flat ground and react real quick, and then I roto'd him and tracked him into the shot. It was actually done in a bit of a hurry because the camera battery was dying, and we discovered after we got there that all the power outlets around the garage were dead.

they should make a youtube movie on what would happen if jedis existed in this galaxy and not one thats far far away...

your choreography isn't the greatest , you can tell you are moving through a series of well practiced moves. ]You don't have the fluidity and emotion one would expect in a real battle. The camera work and special effects however were EXCEPTIONAL if only a tad overstated. I realize I am biased based on my heavy immersment in starwars lore. I have yet to see a "real" lightaber battl.in that they use the different styles highlighted in the books ect. Although I know the LCC isn't really about that.
concerning Carpeovum, um go to the site the LCC actually encourages the use of special effects and story lines they fighting wasnt bad at all it was pretty descent compared to some of the other vids i have seen

you're only partially correct. They strongly encourage special effects, as that's what makes them "lightsabers", however, while they will accept it, they do discourage storylines, as it often deteriorates the overall movie quality, even though they do judge solely on choreography.
