Once you find taht person, they either take the pie or reroute it for $5 or more it's a donation!

We spent maybe two hours sitting in the CSU office, waiting to pie Angelica Novoa (the CSU president of Concordia) where she then rerouted it to Stephan Rosenshein (a councillor) who then ran away, where Noah following him accidently pied two asian girls sitting on the couches studying (who then Yelled at him LOUDLY) and when we finally had the time to pie Stephan NOAH MISSES HORRIBLY!
