Neesha, Thanks so much with this video. It has helped me a lot to overcome sciatica.It really hit the bull's eye by opening up my hips and get where the sciatica pain was (buttock, back of the thigh and ankle) on my left leg. I combined your exercises with hanumanasana and uttanasana with hands on a ledge. Now I can enjoy my normal yoga practice which was really in danger of coming to an abrupt end with sciatica. Thanks so much!!! by the way you're a beauty!
