One of Tim's inventions, Random Tasks consists of: 35 handstand push ups, 35 back extensions, 35 vasa trainer pulls, 35 overhead squats with slosh pipe, 35 tire flips, 35 knees to elbows, Lizzard crawl 250ft, 5 rope climbs, 35 reverse wall ball, 35 band chops, 35 band hip extension, 36 lunge jumps, 35 rope shakes each hand, 35 squats on dots, 35 medicine ball or sand bag cleans to shoulder...All done in any random order with any random breakdow...For Time. The workout that brought about the gym phrase "You want us to do what!?"
