I was carrying a Handgun in Medford Police Station and I am licensed under ORS 166.291 and 166.292 to carry a concealed handgun. I can carry any firearms into any public building once licensed and carry it in the open. Also, you don't need a license to carry any firearms openly loaded or unloaded except city that ban LOADED firearms with out a CHL. Please read ORS166 for more information and visit the Opencarry.org to join in the open carry movement.

Also, this is not legal advise, please seek a lawyer for legal advise.

  • you are a fucking retard. "all you have to do is go into battle and get shot" really? thats all?

  • @ryley92 Once again, this what my cousin told me in the video. My cousin is the one that was informed by a marine or ranger of how to get a purple heart. So he did not mean no disrespect to you or any army official, he was just repeating a quote of a army official.

  • Can you open carry loaded in Grants Pass?

  • @MarkTyler84 (this is not legal advice, please seek a lawyer for legal advice) Yes, you can open carry any firearm in Oregon without a CHL, but city, county, and mucipical have the right to ONLY ban LOADED Firearms in the public, yet if you have a CHL then your exempt. Also, once you have a CHL then you have a legal right to carry any firearm open or concealed into any public building including capital building but not courts. Look up ORS 166 for the law! Yes you open carry in grants pass, OR.

  • Stop being an instigator. If you want to open carry, go on about your business, not attention-seeking behavior.

  • I scares me not that people can carry legally. Rather that morons like you two can. It scares me you idiots can even be allowed in public period.

  • @HatchetJacks50 thank you. you summed up what i was trying to say much better

  • @HatchetJacks50 To let you know, my cousin meant no disrespect to the solders that served to protect the life, liberty, and property of others in the USA. Also don't mind his so called a attitude, he was not so happy to be in a police station. Which made allot of people to believe he had an attitude to the purple heart. Once again, this is what the solders told him. ( no offense ) I hope this ease your conscious.

  • @HatchetJacks50 I think your the one with the attitude. To let you know that what my cousin told me (in the video) and the solders are the ones that told him. I am guessing you are placing the blame on the solders then? Also, it not a medal of honor. Can we all stick to the fact of the video and leave irrelevant parts behind? If you want to bring irrelevant thing up, please do it in a non aggressive manner. thanks

  • @RWFCZ Why are you so concerned whether or not he has a job?
