Dr. Virgie Bright Ellington, author of "What Your Doctor Wants You To Know But Doesn't Have Time To Tell You", give you tips on staying active in the winter to stay healthy long term. Average person needs to take about 10,000 steps per day to be considered "active". A pedometer is a great way to keep track of the steps you take everyday. Use stairs instead of elevator whenever possible. You can also park your car at other end of parking lot or on street to walk to your destination. Find complete list at www.drvirgie.com
