Yeah, the first SHIFT is pretty bad. I personally think SHIFT2 is the best one. Shift 3 and 4 > Too complicated. Yeah, they are an improvement over the first and second versions... but I don't like them much.

Reminds me of Portal, because of the ending. I assume that Shift 2 is a sort of alternate continuity?

Kind of. Shift 3 and 4 are more into the story than the first two ones, though.

The start Shift 2 is exactly like the ending of Portal. I think he/she was just throwing a few jokes in there.

I've come across a level that isn't on this walkthrough! It is after the level at 6:01 but before the "RUN!" one. I can't do it though, it's seemingly impossible :(
