Well, the whale died to be eaten, would be more of a waste not to eat it.

Ryuhei's English reminds me of Jackie CHan :D

Oh well, whales go extinct and we lose another dozen or so species. What's the worst that could happen?
-
@H3770mynameis Inuits aren't stopped from eating whale because they don't do industrial fishing, so they don't make much impact on whale population. Overfishing is an issue for almost all kinds of fish, but whales are hit the hardest because, like most large mammals, they don't reproduce much and can't compensate for industrial fishing like fish can. That's why there are more controls on whales than fish.

well if the sea shepherds and greenpeace wackos stopped makin such a fuss about it, maybe we wouldn't have to have a cover. if the fucking inuits can eat whale, why can't we? oh that's right, native americans can guilt trip all day long about their oppressive white overlords. At the same time though, i do understand that overfishing is a serious problem (that everyone commits- I'm looking at you, rest of the world, with your feigned moral high ground)

well, now that I know that they actually do something constructive with the whales they kill, I'm kinda sorta ok with it!
