@TH3L3M0N I'd imagine it means exactly as it sounds. When shooting someone (and hitting them, of course) it takes 0.32 seconds for them to die.

@TH3L3M0N How fast it takes for the gun to kill someone. XM8 has the highest DPS, damage per second, meaning it kills the fastest.
