  • Talking about propaganda and advertisement and having the Freudian slip "Coca-Coma" was fantastic.

  • @Neanderthalcouzin hahahaha wow, its interesting that from my point of view, a point of view also not fully in line with Godfrey's, it seems like what hes saying is that we live in that world, the one you're writing about, and thats the problem... or he saying that you having a motivation to write your response the way you did is the problem

  • If technology has helped us how come most people living in the modern world who actually manage to preserve any functional ability to observe and analyse there environment end up deeply dissalusioned and depressed. I can see this in almost everyone i know, most people hide this fact by acting out false persona's through fear of seeming different or odd and attracting ridicule and confrontation and think thats just the way it is opting to assosiate the relivance or meaning with media stereotypes

  • @lilyflodo he does mention here the homogenization of culture(s) and technology is a means to achieving that, also i think you're aware of your own subjective point of view, some say it's a good thing while others say it's bad, typically the ones that say technology is good are from the "developed" countries that didn't get into contact or had first hand experiences with the people and cultures from the "undeveloped" countries

  • Comparing technology to Frankenstein is overly dramatic. Does Reggio not see that technology has helped develop our world develop also in a positive way?
