  • This is a lovely selection. I really loved this one because its no so full of TREMULANT. I had a chance to just hear the organ plainly. Its so beautiful!. You always some tremulant. I wish you would show-case more of the plain sounds as well as the beautiful celeste and harp---but tremulant all the time gets so monotomas.

  • Dear EFHJR pleased you liked my composition, and sorry you thought I often use too much tremulant. When I start sounding like an Hammond organ I guess it is better to stop for a while.

  • Yes, I have most of the rolls especially comissioned by the Aeolian Company, including this one: Cat. no.51625. It is very lovely. I am also a great fan of Moszkowski's music, making this a doubly imprrtant item in my collection.

  • This is wonderful, Paul! You play beautifully and the organ appears to be in good shape. I'd be interested to know how many of the Aeolian residential organs made it to Great Britain?

Thank you from a fan in Dallas TX!

  • Thank you sir. Around 100 organs came over, maybe a few more, and details can be found in Rollin Smith's excelent book.

May I draw your attention to several full length CDs available of this and my other organ?

  • Hi! I really enjoy your playing and returned to your videos after a friend of mine turned up with the manuscript of the Moszkowski Opus 90 Introduction & Allegro for Grand Orgue Aeolian. He says that a roll was produced - has anyone come across it? It is registered for Chimes and Harp in a central section. Very beautiful and no doubt commissioned by Aeolian to show off their organs with a fashionable composer ofthe time. . .
