The first bottling day at the brewery with a bit of the tasting two weeks later tacked on at the end....now tell me that's not the perfect head....no don't mind that last bottle, that one didn't count.

  • Fantastic choice. You might even want to think about giving your stout a nice dark red tint....the ladies will love it.

  • Oh man that sounds good. My next brew i was thinking about an Oatmeal Black Cherry stout, but i have yet to formulate a finished recipe. If you guys sell it on a website or somthing like that, i would love to sample some.

  • Many thanks. We're 5.28 miles from the strip clubs....in downtown St. Louis. The magic in the video is a chocolate expresso oatmeal stout, but we've got a few other delights up our sleeves.

  • Right on and good luck with that. Where are you guys based out of?

Oh yeah what type of beer is it?

  • As of now its a hobby. We've brewed around 37 batches and we're still perfecting the recipe. We are excited though because it should be ready for sale in 6 months or so.

  • Do you sell the beer or is this just a hobbie? If you do sell it, who do you sell it to such as bars or stores?
