In 2 ½ kg mince add 2 ts coriander powder, 2 ½ tbs salt, 2 cups water, 2 md sz onions, 1 ½ garlic, 2 ½ ginger, 2 tbs crushed chilies. Grind 2tbs whole black paper, 1 ½ finger sz cinnamon, 3 black cardamoms, 20-22 cloves and add. Daal chana a little less then a kg for 2 ½ kg mince. Pressure it without mixing, open it after a while mix it and again pressure it for a minute or 2. If you mix it in the beginning your daal is going to burn. Then open and cook till the water is dry. Chop green chilies, fresh mint and coriander and 2 mid onions together and add bit by bit with your dried mince in chopper till its smooth. Make kebabs as shown in the film and fry them after dipping in egg. Taste the mince befor making kebabs to add more chilies and salt to your taste.
