Since this is a re-edit of the earlier "Windstruck" sequence, it comes across as Kelly's own heightened interpretation of what happened and how she's re-configured that memory in her mind to reflect what she still craves. Gotta love that. =)

you are certainly right, because she never kissed Brandon like that. LOL isn't Brandon the one that she had trouble having being intimate with? that says alot. Although I believe Kelly and Brandon had a nice relationship, it was impossible for Kelly to stay away from Dylan.

Well, both relationships had a plotline where Kelly finally surrenders to true intimacy. But I always got the sense that Dylan's love for her was more unconditional - and she knew it. Just compare his speech in "Senior Poll" with Brandon walking away in "Injustice for All". Sometimes passion means the willingness to express yourself fully, knowing the other person can take the highs and lows; the full throttle of your love in the face of fear.

Yes both relationships had their "comfortable" level where you can really see who Kelly wanted to be with at the time, whether it was Dylan or Brandon. But Dylan did love her unconditionally, because with Brenda, he had high school puppy love for her and he was really vulnerable at the time. But once he grew out of it, the haters just couldn't see that infactuation wasn't going to last forever. I really don't like Kelly's personality while she was with Brandon.

She was too overbearing because she took on Brandon's goody goody mentality which was too hypocrital for someone like Kelly. She acted as if she was on a cloud that no one could reach.

Kelly was insuffrable with Brandon, one of the many reasons I preferred her with Dylan. I also think it was perfectly clear that Brandon's true love was Emily Valentine. Dylan and Kelly ARE soul mates, and in the new series they even have a kid together. I think the book's been written on those two, but I would love to at least hear that Brandon got a happy ending with someone.
