I think the Birmingham police did a fine job of keeping the peace and getting them off school property before a outraged parent got there because I know if ya did tha at my kids school I'd be the one going to jail after I shoved those pictures where the sun don't shine

You all still think we're free in America?

Freedom of speech, as long as you have the right things to say.

Way to go cops, you sure made your mama's proud picking on a bunch of kids trying to stop the murder of little babies. Do you feel like big men now? I hope it is worth your souls.

Kids this age are having abortions, so they should see what it is. I'm sure they see more graphic stuff than this since their parents don't exercise enough caution to keep them out of the public school system.

Only 14-16 hours of jailtime? I'd have given them that many months.

also without a signed release from the parents of those children in the film, who ever filmed them can be held liable for damages.

Public is public. If the sidewalk is not deemed "school grounds" but a public accessed area then there is nothing they can do. If anyone, during school hours, can walk down that sidewalk without checking with the administration it is not "trespassing". Secondly, if it is a public access area where privacy is not assumed (no public place is) you can film anything you want with any faces you want. A signed release is only for places where privacy is expected. A public sidewalk is not "private"
