I'm lovin all these wee Derry films comin out.
This feels like the natural symbiote to Phil's "Superfly!"
Darker and less comedic, this neo-noir romance oozes intrigue. The jazz soundtrack beautifully frames the intense emotions of the film, and Leah Kelly shines as "Jane." The ambiguous ending leaves the viewer to draw their own conclusions, instead of simply being spoonfed a cliched ending. The editing is also to be commended, as none of the comedic elements were lost.
Simply: very good.
