When I first learned that ring-around-the-rosie was about the plague where we all fall down dead, it made me just sick. Im so thankful that ThumbPeople re-wrote this song to the positive words of Lets Hold Hands and Be Friends. Now my kids can sing these great and simple lyrics to go with this fun melody. I hope 50 years from now, no one will even remember the words to the Rosie song.

They say this because after you die from the plague they burn you in fire and we all fall down means we all die from it. thats the horrible truth and kids are singing it.
