Obviously some of them are. Computer applications cost money, so how is this different?

david...you are kind of spotty on a lot of the details...you day the SDK is available as a public beta download right now...you are wrong - the SDK is not a beta. the beta was a private beta for enterprises to try out the new iphone 2.0 firmware.

i think a breakthrough in the sdk for anything would be a GUI for it. for instance, if you wanted to put a button somewhere, you create one, or they have pre-made ones, and you just drag it onto the iPhone emulator.

just a thought.....
