I got kind of scared...watching this...

@infmsdc5 ....dont take any notice of 3VOLution3NO....it has nothing to do with religion, ouija boards or demons. its just a part of your brain still being asleep when you wake up. it creates sounds and images to try to justify the paralysis and stress. i have suffered with it for over 30 years and trust me, when you get used to it the images etc just go and you can become quite relaxed with it.

when I was 14 my mom moved all my things out of my room to where it was just my bed. all of the things that meant alot to me were in the hall way. that night i woke up pressed into the mattress and all i could see was a blurry face with hands on it screaming i could hear it! it only lasted a few seconds. one of the most horrifying things ive ever experienced

ever think about putting up a download link?

Had my second sleep paralysis spell in seven years last night, scared the shit out of me.
I remember the first, I was being operated on by some strange beings and I couldn't do anything and I felt intense pain when they were cutting me up.
And this one I just had, some strange woman was sitting on my legs while staring me down.

@deathtoll666 in nature, there is no "evil" or "good". those concepts are human "inventions". this leads to my next point...demons, devils, evil entities are also human inventions and do not exist. however, in astral space which is the realm of thought, these entities CAN and DO exist due to humans giving them "form". once you are able to lose your FEAR of the unknown, only then can you release yourself from their influence. ignorance leads to fear which leads to hate. forget your superstitions.

@deathtoll666 just let me say that i seek TRUTH in ALL things. for one, there is NO life after death, at least not in the sense how christains view it. once the electrical signals stop in your brain, you ARE dead. ghosts DO exist but they arent as capable of affecting the real world as most people believe. OOBE's when a person dies then comes back to life are quite real, but they also have a lot to do with what the person believes. the mind creates images due to "misfires" in the brain.

i doubt you'll actually take to heart what i have to say but here it goes...i often had CSP episodes when i was younger. of course my youth was a tumultuous time due to family problems. i've read about CSP and SP episodes from several sources. several years ago, i started relaxation techniques to help deal with pain. as time went on, i wanted to see how far i would go with it and eventually deep trance. after years of practice, i was able to induce an OOBE. ...

This would be torment to listen too. If it ever happens to you, call out to Jesus in your mind, and He'll rescue you! Demons are afraid of Jesus because they know who he is.
Matthew 8:29 And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?
James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
you are talented

I'm guessing that this isn't so much about the music itself, but the effects you have applied to the music? Your mind really does play tricks on you during sleep paralysis, so you're bound to hear and see.. pretty much anything and everything you could imagine, literally.. no matter how frightening or otherwise relaxing.. I'd say this video is actually somewhat accurate, going by even my own personal experience. I just can't bring myself to look whatever it is in my room right in the eye(s)..

@Ike10788 The music was just used to add a background to the sounds. If you just pay attention to the heart beat and the sound effects, then you hear what someone having a sleep paralysis can hear.

I did hear music and crazy sounds in my sleep paralysis, so stop saying it's bullshit. Not hearing sounds in your SP doesn't mean everyone is like you.
