  • Haha, I know this is a really good exercise but it looks funny.

  • do regular puish ups on chairs (one for feet, and two chairs, one for each hand), that way your belly wiil not be a problem. If you feel good, the try to do hindu ones.

  • lol when you severely scrape your forehead on the cobblestone, youl know your done!

  • The difference as far as I can see is that he is "swinging" back into position instead of just getting back...like in the Hindu Push up. It's like doing it in reverse. I'm not sure....I need to get some info on it

  • I was wondering that too? other than that he's wearing shoes here and long pants and barefeet in the Hindu Pushup. Being over one hundred pounds overweight, I'd be doing good to get one of these down, if I don't scrape all my belly off on the ground.

  • wats the difference between a dive bomber and a hindu pushup... i prefer the hindu pushup... my work out every day is 42 hindu pushups(21 morning and night), 240 hindu squats (120 morning and night)

  • i prefer diving in the sea....
