@LighterLights It could take the second try or it could take a month to perfect, everybody is different. It took me a month just to mentally try it but when I did I owned it. I did it over a bench. Look up progressions tutorials for kong vaults to get comfortable enough with the move.

@LighterLights help yourself and do the progressions: monkey stall, then monkey, then kong.

easy. hardest for me is the kong on rails tho. on like flat surfaces there easy. i either do dash vaults or front flips over rails

@sentonbomb1 I find double kongs harder, mainly because I cant do them, but I can do these lol.
