@trolex84 Hi sorry if you took the comment personaly jist constructive advice from one who dosn't sing to well but has a reasonable grasp of musical tone pitch ect. as for shirley she has a far greater range than you think, you must study her full portfolio to see. peace be with you.

@samurai4497 I'm sorry my brother I have to disagree. To avoid further debate, go to a piano or keyboard and check her range. She does not really go above E5. That makes her a contralto. The obvious clue is the lack a substantial head voice (falsetto). If she was dramatic soprano, she should be able to reach C6. But given the dark, rich, husky timbre of her speaking and singing voice and given that most sources state that she is a contralto, I'm going to say to agree that she is a contralto.

@trolex84 Shirley Bassey sang The Four lost Songs from Srauss in 1955 she was said to be a Dramatic Saprano because of her Timbre with its capacity to flow through the high but also the very low rich deep tones. Dramatic l think!

Hi trolex84, just thought l would take a look at your profile and after hearing you l don't think you know to much about the voice. your out of tune through most of youe preformance and the vibrato is to strained keep it for the bathroom would be best .
