stell chin,best bending ever,left hook like nobody,killer right hand,stamine until 30 rounds,o more,very very clean fighter,no trick,not a chater fighter,my god what a fighter..for that end more..for me..chavez will be the best until another fighter shows..and also..a killer boxer..brave,not afraid to anybody...peace..
i cant see any reason why chavez is not at least number2 best in history, most title defences27 most title fights37,equal kos in title fights 21,how is ali ,leonard ,whittaker, even duran above himin the ring ratings best of last 80 years,he ruined fighters and ducked no one to my knowledge longest ever winning streak 13 years, just incredible bias by the american magazine
Chavez was so well balanced in his prime. Never brought the back leg forward to even it with the front leg. In the '90's as he got older and war worn he would walk straight to guys and would cross his legs up and allow himself to be unbalanced. Chavez in his prime though,my God what a scary site!!! I wouldve avoided him at all cost.....as most did. Camacho,Whitaker,Nelson,McGuigan,Pedroza,Pazienza etc.
I love this fight. There's quite a bit of sophistication shown by both fighters with their footwork and head movement. Plus, it's a lesson in quick combination power punching. Just a great fight w/Chavez a dominant force. Thanks for posting it.

It's simply beautiful to watch Chávez fight. What a punching power, an innate talent. We won't see someone like him in a very loooong time :(
