High Definition Special FX Test

For this project I had to take a competely thow away shot and make a short from it.

In this video the background of the scene, sparks, static, interlacing, vertical hold, and audio distortion were all deliberately created in post production to give the impression of an sci-fi industrial complex under heavy attack.

In reality the entire clip was shot in my dining room with the camera on a tabletop tripod and me in front of a (completely unlit) green screen.

The visual effects were done in After Effects, the sound was mastered in Adobe Soundbooth, and the final video was put together in Premiere Pro.
