Yeah, Raiders and Last Crusade are the best, Crystal Skull just wasn't that great.

The only film where he had a final battle with the villain was TEMPLE OF DOOM when he fought Mola Ram on the bridge. The endings to all the films are great, but I'm just stating how it was.

I never noticed the showdown thing your talking about but now that you said that it does seem like indy needed some sort of face off or final battel with someone. Because he has done that in the first 3 films. so I see where your going with this. I will do a whole review of the Indiana Jones quadrilogy soon anuff. But over all I give Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull 4 and a half stars out of 5; but Raiders of the Lost Ark i think is a 5 star film! plz reply back spyder1138

Thanks for the response, rockerdax! I too loved the VERY ending with the wedding. They really couldn't have done better on that. What I meant was about the climax with the aliens. I have no major problems with it. (I did say the ending was weak - not bad, not even poor. just not grade A perfect) I just thought that there could have been a better showdown. Indy went into the cave - just to come out. There was no real showdown for Indy. It's a minor complaint. Your review is right on the money!

I agree with u 98%! But what is so bad about the ending? I mean sure,the whole alien thing at the end wasn't very good but besides that, I loved the ending! I'm talking about the very ending where indy and marion get married,and mutt is about to pick up the hat,but indy grabs it,that was a PERFECT way to end the series!

Personally I liked Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Sure the ending was weak, and a bit of a letdown, but at heart it was an Indy film. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
