She didn't even know Shane when she wrote this song! They didn't even meet until after the release of this album. This song is off her first album. This song is written about her "future one" that she didn't know yet!

No, actually it's to her fiance Shane Barnard... =) Not Jesus. Though most of her songs ARE to the Lord.

it's not her singing to Jesus, it's her singing to a prospective boyfriend. She does sing to Jesus in some of her songs. And, she is a Christian singer, but this one is just how she feels, is that not the coolest?
