Musically this song is just brilliant. The chord progressions are creative, the alternating minor and major chords in the lines of the verses, and the beautifully executed bass lines make this a classic.

This is my favorite Iron Butterfly song. The combination of smokin' bass and drums, haunting vocals and subtle guitar made this group very special, especially considering they were an LA band.

I would love to see this video. Someone today gave it a good review. I don't know what the problem is. There are heavy effects, but that should not matter. I play vids all day on this site, yet I cannot get your "My Mirage" to play(at 360). dec 2010.
