@clbrtwewill I think they have a strict no online returns policy in their stores. I ended up sewing it by hand the other day, though, and wore it to the beach yesterday. I do usually have good experiences with them, but this really made me mad.

does sound like a nightmare. can you stop in at a real store and talk to them? I got a hoodie from a company a few years ago that wasn't sewn on the underarm and got a full refund/exchange for it...
