The following simple Qui Gong exercises I personally did experience as a daily defragmentation of my body. They can be performed in a complex form, but they are also very effective, if you do them in a simple beginners learning way. They are most effective, if you do them in a playful, relaxed, creative, conscious way.
I do give an orientation about how often to practise each exercise. Developing more feeling for it you can practice, until you notice some kind of change.
Create your own favorite program out of the following list and practice if possible daily.
The exercises will be a most effective support for your holistic health.
The aim of those simple Chi Gong exercises is, to outbalance the Chi in you. You want to increase the Chi in the body and with it the Chi for your eyes. You can reach this by movement, by breathing and by inner consciousness.
Your inner eye will guide your consciousness to the part of your body which you are working with, which is trained by using your inner eye.
The inner smile is very simple to do. Just lift up the corners of your mouth to your ears. When smiling hormones of happiness are produced. It is scientifically proved, that such hormones can produce relaxation and healing for those parts of the body which have a need.
Doing exercises or just daily movements, you will have great benefit, if you recall a fine string, lifting up your crown and another fine string, guiding your tailbone downwards. For most people it is a great challenge, to keep up this balanced posture while doing daily movements. Regular practice will help!
As soon as you succeed to increase your Chi, vision games will be no waste of time anymore, but really successful work, which gives healing to your eyes.

- Hang up eye charts around you for good feedback and motivation. I always notice better vision while practicing. Look relaxed horizontal. Notice all movements around you, just as doing the long swinging. Youll see those unreal movements around you running to the opposite direction of your eye and body movements! The speed of the movements is in far distance different as you experience it close by. It is different on different distances. Taking those movements into your awearness opens your peripheral view and loosens your eye muscles.
