The Messian Base in Shibuya has an incomplete church, a shop, a Jakyou and a Kaifuku as well as a Terminal. I recommend visiting each (all of which are on the first floor) and also making sure you summon stronger demons or fuse them. Catching them is a good idea as well if possible. The video has me going circles a lot because the place is confusing - I'm actually gonna make some instructions.
1) From the entrance, go north two spaces, then turn west, then north, and enter
the door to activate the Terminal in Shibuya. You can save here but afterwards, exit and head as far west as possible.
2)Turn north and go through the door. Continue forward your first east. Go one space east, turn south, and go through the door to enter a room with a Luck Incense. I recommend giving it to Sho since he uses Luck. I saved mine for a rainy day though.
3) Exit the room, move north to the wall, and turn east as far as you can go, then turn south and go through the door to pick up an Intelligence Incense. This can go to Sho or Toshiki.
4)Exit that room, go north one space, then turn east and move as far as possible. Turn north and go through the door.
5)Turn east, go forward one space, then turn south and head south through the doors until you come to a wall with a door to the north and a door to the south. Go through the north door and follow the short hall up to the stairwell.
6)Turn west, and go through the nearest south facing door. You'll be
in a dark room (gray in game). Turn west and go forward a space to leave the dark zone. An elderly NPC should be here.
7)Turn south and go forward one space, then turn west through the door until you reach a wall. Turn north, go forward one space, then turn east and go through the door to find a Garnet.
8)Exit the room, turn south and go forward one space. Turn east and return through the door and continue all the way to the wall.
9)Turn south, and keep walking, then turn west and go through the one-way
door.
10)Turn south, and go through another one-way door. Turn west and go
forward until you reach another dark zone.
11)Turn south and go forward once. Turn east and go forward once. Turn south and continue forward to a hallway extending to the East and West.
12)Head west and Messian NPC will appear. Enter the door at your right.
13)After the cutscene, head back where you came - in other words, head left until you can make a left heading North until you hit the darkened area.
14)Turn east and move forward one space to exit the dark zone.
15)An NPC will appear. Turn north and move forward one space. Turn east and move forward as far as you can. Turn south and go forward one space, then turn west and go through the door to pick up a Diamond.
16)Exit the room and turn south. Go south to the corner and follow the hall to the west. When you reach the end of the hall, you'll fall through an invisible hole and
land in the first floor. From the first floor - navigate yourself back to the Terminal.
