i just got some cool new Doctor Who Cybermen figures an i wanted to let the lego figures get the cyberman upgrade treatment.

Thats how i animated an army walking. Do a search on replacement animation and you should be able to figure out what i'm on about.

very easy - just imagine the motion you would follow if you did one for real, then bend your Cyberman so he is in the same positions throughout the movement.

Then use blutack to hold it in place for the shots that require a bit of balance.
