@SpadePFilms If you want to see the effect im going for, youtube something to the effect of "Chris jericho 1st wwe titantron" & watch it. (its short) Im goin for a fast paced, almost viral feel. quick scenes cutting into quick scenes, with static and errors interupting the images. Like my video is "taking over" the broadcast. Any ideas? (Watching that vid would best explan it, as after reading my description, i barely knew what i meant. lol

@SpadePFilms uh-oh... That may be a problem. We will be selling it. And marketing it. sort of. To make a long story short, im a pro wrestler, and said footage will be going into 3 things: My entrance video, my vignettes, and my video promos. My entrance video can be seen in the background during my entrances on the direct to dvd videos we sell. We also post these things online, though are just starting. (small time fed) So... how can i get around johnny law cuttin off my nads, yet keep my vids??

@RikRiley13 Well mosts youtubers don't have there footage copyrighted so just search something like "canon 7d beach" and then use that. As long as your not selling it you'll be good. And its always polite to ask people as well but its not necessary.

@SpadePFilms And its legal for me to use the footage even though its directly downloaded off someones youtube? Or do i just give credit?
