Got an even better idea, we will "organize" Fed Ex, and bring the Fed Ex guys up to par with UPS and everyone can enjoy a more level playing field. I don't know where you get the "Union workers are the most dis honest you have ever met" comment from. It just sounds like misguided anger to me. Go bring the boss a box of doughnuts and sit on his lap, he will likely toss you a bone...

With all due respect , what do you have that is better? UPS scale is 29 bucks an hour, each year of service is worth 200 dollars per month for the rest of their life, and the medical is nearly zero out of pocket... what makes Fed Ex the best?

Honestly. If you are not satisfied working for FedEx. Then go find some other airline where your job will be as safe and will pay you more than FedEx. If this is another airline that has a Union, be sure to subtract your union dues before you figure out how much you will be making. FedEx has industry leading pay and benefits. Dont be fooled into thinking that the union is going to be able to make things better when we already have the best. Go FedEx!!

Hey workers just go and flush the money you would have paid in Union Dues down the toilet! It is better for the country. At least maybe a homeless person can benefit!

With all due respect, go to UPS and work! Who cares. Union personnel are the most dishonest individuals I have ever met! No Thank you! I am an excellent employee and don't need the big bad daddy union to protect me. Go protect the useless employees at the excellent employees expense. That is what you do best! I agree let's help Fred Smith make more money! He is what got us where we are today and without him I would not have the excellent job and benefits package that I have today! FEDEX!
