i have a 100% black toenail for about a month now from dancing on pointe. seriously the ENTIRE nail is black.. is it too late to do this?

I notice that sports can really damage the feet. My opinion is that people who are athletic should check their feet everyday after a sporting activity and soak them in peroxide or baking soda.

This happennedd to me last week!
Stepped on by a cleat!
Couldn't run on it for the next two days.
My dad did this procedure but with a knife and it saved my toenail.
Now, my toe nail is back to normal and I'm ready for the scrimmage tomorrow!!!!!!!

How long did you do this after your injury? My was two days ago and I don't know if the blood has dried to do this? Thanks in advance!

you can't do this after the blood has dried!
you should do it as soon as possible when ur toe initially started to bleed...
