  • @sriram007v Not normally mate, normally it's primarily down to technique, strength I think is finishing factor, the stuff here is useful, but it's the icing on the cake rather than the fundamental difference between being able to bowl faster and not. Look up Cath Dalton on youtube or mavericks cricket. Talk to a coach maybe?.

  • hey am 18 & am a medium fast bowler.bt i cant bowl as fast as my team mates..and my bowling speed is also too slow.is this exercise alone enough for me to increase my pace????
