Winning Response To: The ITU's "Future of ICTs" Challenge

This video is a response to the Future of ICTs Challenge (www.itu.int/wtpf/contest), submitted by Ben (dot) Towne (at) I triple-E (dot) org. Ben is a student at Lafayette College (Easton, PA) studying Electrical and Computer Engineering (honors B. S.) and Community Development (B. A). He links these fields with a study of the interaction between social and technical networks. After graduate school and possibly some years in technical engineering, Ben hopes to work in telecommunications technology policy.
Ben is a member of IEEEs Communications Society, Society on Social Implications of Technology, and honor society Eta Kappa Nu. His hobbies in photography and the outdoors contributed some content to this video.
Some of the ideas mentioned in this video will also be published in the proceedings of the International Symposium on Technology and Society 2009. Enjoy!
