Ingredients (Serving 3-4 / 3~4人分)
: 150-200g pork (200g 豚肉)
: 2 green bell pepper (ピーマン2個)
: Red bell pepper (赤パプリカ)
: 1 onion (たまねぎ1玉)
: Pineapple (パイナップル適量)

Ingredients for sweet n' sour sauce(調味料)
: 3tbsp rice vinegar (大3 お酢)
: 3tbsp sugar (大3 砂糖)
: 1tbsp soy sauce (大1 しょうゆ)
: 1tbsp ketchup (大1 ケチャップ)
: 50ml water (50cc お水)

    ps: you don't need corn starch. I used flour, which is wheat starch and the result is the same (reducing)

  • @Sarisfaction84 that's odd. It's similar to the Swedish word for petrol referring not to petrol, but petroleum ether. It's the subtle tidbits like that which can make things interesting.

  • I made this recipe, and I think that was too much sweet :s

    Maybe it was my mistake, when I was putting the suggar hehe.

  • i like pineapple in my sweet and sour,i use red onions,just red pepper and carrot to give red to yellow specrum of colour,looks sweet!
