Un portero con una mala flexibilidad, estancará su mejoría mucho antes que uno con buena flexibilidad. Este pequeño compendio de ejercicios son los que considero BÁSICOS para un portero. Hay más, pero por lo menos debemos hacer estos, o similiares, en TODAS las sesiones, durante unos 10 minutos.
Objetivos técnicos: Ninguno.
Objetivos tácticos: Ninguno.
Objetivos físicos: Flexibilidad.

  • @xaivariux : A goalkeaper with a bad flexibility will stop his improvement before than one with a good flexibility. This little summery of exercises are what I consider basics for a goalkeaper. There are more, but at least We should do these ones, or similar ones, in all sesions, about 10 minutes.
